Role Overview:

The Client Operations Analyst plays a pivotal role in delivering successful training and adoption programmes for large enterprise clients. This is a client-facing role and may involve working directly with client stakeholders, including time spent within a client environment where required. The role is responsible for coordinating training activities, managing programme logistics, supporting learner engagement, maintaining stakeholder communications, and ensuring all programme administration is completed efficiently and accurately.

The successful candidate will act as a central point of coordination between participants, trainers, client stakeholders, and programme teams,



helping to drive successful learning outcomes and a positive participant experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Schedule and coordinate training sessions, workshops, webinars, and open calls.
- Manage calendars, meeting invitations, and attendee communications.
- Coordinate with trainers, speakers, and subject matter experts to ensure successful delivery of learning activities.
- Support the onboarding and enrolment of new participants into programmes.
- Ensure all training sessions are appropriately configured and supported. Participant & Learner Management
- Manage participant registrations and enrolments across multiple programmes of work.
- Act as the primary point of contact for learner queries and support requests.
- Maintain accurate learner records and training documentation.
- Track attendance, course completion rates, and learner participation.
- Ensure participants receive relevant communications and resources throughout their learning journey.
- Build effective relationships with client stakeholders and programme sponsors.
- Represent Neueda professionally in client-facing settings, including working within client environments where needed.
- Provide pro-active regular updates and insights on programme activities, participation levels, and overall progress.
- Support stakeholder communications to ensure alignment on programme delivery and objectives.
- Collaborate closely with client teams to ensure a seamless participant experience.
- Maintain programme documentation, schedules,



and administrative records. Monitor programme activity and identify trends in engagement and participation.
- Gather participant feedback and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Produce programme updates and insights to help inform decision-making and future planning.
- Ensure programme processes are followed consistently and efficiently.

Key Skills and Experience:

- Experience within Learning & Development, Training Operations, or Change Management environments.
- Experience working with enterprise-level clients and senior stakeholders, ideally within a consultancy or client-facing environment.
- Excellent organisational and coordination skills with strong attention to detail.
- Experience managing training, learning, or adoption programmes.
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building capabilities.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications, including: Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Excel, SharePoint
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and workstreams simultaneously.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of working independently.

Desirable

- Experience supporting technology adoption or digital transformation programmes.
- Familiarity with training management systems and reporting tools.
