We are conducting an important search for an Operations Manager to join the Nogales manufacturing operations of a leading general Aerospace & Defense manufacturer.

We are specifically targeting accomplished manufacturing leaders from the Aerospace & Defense industry, particularly professionals who have worked in military-spec / high-reliability manufacturing environments where quality, traceability, compliance and flawless execution are critical.

This is a significant leadership opportunity within a large 800+ employee manufacturing operation producing high-reliability electromechanical components and interconnect solutions for demanding aerospace and defense applications.

? What we’re looking for:

- 10+ years of progressive manufacturing/operations experience
- 5+ years leading sizable manufacturing organizations
- Strong Aerospace & Defense manufacturing experience
- Experience with military-spec, high-reliability and highly regulated products strongly preferred
- Strong understanding of AS9100 and customer-specific quality requirements
- Experience in Low-Volume / High-Mix (LV/HM) manufacturing environments
- Background with connectors,



cable assemblies, electromechanical products or precision components highly desirable
- Demonstrated success improving Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost and Inventory (SQDCI)
- Strong Lean Manufacturing / Continuous Improvement background
- Track record improving OEE, cycle time, scrap, productivity and on-time delivery
- Experience leading operations within a large maquiladora environment highly desirable
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management or related field
- Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred
