WE'RE HIRING | OPERATIONS MANAGER

We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to take ownership of day-to-day operations in a fast-growing company.

This is a hands-on, individual contributor role for someone who is highly organized, analytical, financially literate, tech-savvy, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple operational areas simultaneously.

? What you'll be responsible for

- Managing the complete order lifecycle , from purchase order to shipment, delivery, invoicing, and issue resolution
- Managing purchase orders, inventory allocation, fulfillment, and customer/distributor requirements
- Coordinating with suppliers, manufacturers, warehouses, distributors, retailers, carriers, and logistics providers
- Managing shipping and logistics , including freight quotes, documentation, routing, appointments, tracking, and delivery issues
- Managing inventory planning , reorder points, demand forecasts, production requirements, and inventory levels
- Handling procurement and vendor management , including pricing, MOQs, lead times, purchase orders, and supplier performance
- Building and maintaining sales, demand, inventory, production, and cash forecasts
- Analyzing COGS, landed costs, gross margins, freight costs, pricing, and profitability
- Supporting AP/AR, P&L;, inventory accounting, purchase orders, and financial operations
- Developing and improving SOPs, workflows, processes, and automation
- Using AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude to improve productivity, analyze data, solve operational problems, and automate repetitive processes
- Creating operational reports and providing management with clear visibility into inventory, costs, margins, forecasts,



and operational risks

✅ What we're looking for
- 5+ years of experience in Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, Procurement, or a related field
- Experience managing POs, inventory, procurement, production planning, and logistics
- Experience working with suppliers, manufacturers, warehouses, freight carriers, and external vendors
- Strong understanding of COGS, margins, pricing, P&L;, and financial principles
- Strong experience with forecasting and operational data analysis
- Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills
- Experience with QuickBooks, Salesforce, EDI , or similar systems is highly desirable
- Professional experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude
- Strong problem-solving and process-improvement mindset
- Excellent written communication and attention to detail
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities independently
- Comfortable learning new technologies and systems quickly
- Strong ownership mentality and proactive follow-up
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment

Food, beverage, CPG, or consumer products experience is a strong plus. ? Education: No specific degree requirement. We care more about your experience, capabilities, judgment, and ability to execute.
