Job Title: Oracle HCM Payroll Lead Consultant

Required Skills & Responsibilities:

Must have worked on Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud Payroll Modules with deep understanding of Mexico Legislation (LDG).

Must be strong in requirement gathering for Mexico localization, mapping local payroll processes to Oracle Cloud delivered best practices to minimize custom code.

Must be well versed with Fast Formula for payroll calculations (earnings, deductions, ISR tax, and IMSS calculations).





Must have conducted client Workshops / Solution Designing and Configuration on the Mexico payroll module (ISR, IMSS, INFONAVIT).

Must have knowledge of CFDI electronic payroll stamping and SUA reporting integration requirements.

Must have professional bilingual fluency in Spanish and English to interact effectively with local Mexico tax/payroll stakeholders as well as wider implementation team.

Must have worked on Oracle HCM Payroll implementation projects, minimum 1-2 full end to end lifecycle Mexico payroll go-lives).

Must be able to manage customer facing role and align functional/technical solutions with local legal standards.

Must be comfortable to travel as per business needs.

Preferred to have knowledge & experience about the data migration practices to Oracle Cloud using HDL and HSDL.
