Position: Oracle SCM Functional Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Oracle SCM Functional Consultant to join our team on an immediate, onsite basis in Querétaro, Mexico.

In this role, you will act as a vital bridge between our Mexico Business SMEs and the general implementation team. You will play a crucial part in driving user onboarding, facilitating the SIT/UAT testing cycles, conducting training sessions, and bridging any language and operational gaps.

Key Responsibilities

- Collaborate closely with Mexico Business SMEs and the core implementation team to align business requirements with system capabilities.
- Guide local users through onboarding and manage change management activities.
- Support and coordinate System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) cycles.
- Design and deliver comprehensive user training sessions tailored to local operations.
- Identify,



articulate, and help resolve language and communication gaps between local stakeholders and the offshore/global project team.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Strong hands-on functional knowledge of Oracle SCM modules: PIM (Product Information Management), Manufacturing, Inventory, and OM (Order Management) .
- Proven experience working on full-lifecycle implementations or rollouts.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in both Spanish and English to effectively bridge business and technical teams.
- Ability to work onsite in Querétaro, Mexico on an immediate basis.
