Why ORTH
ORTH is an AI agronomist built by Aydi Technologies. It knows a grower's fields, soil, crops and weather, answers agronomic questions in seconds, sends early risk alerts days before problems show in the field, and keeps export compliance (PHI, MRL) in view. More than 300,000 growers use it since its launch in 2026, and enterprise agribusinesses run it across their operations through ORTH Teams and the Enterprise plan.
Role Overview
As an Enterprise AE, you own the territory end to end. You build the enterprise pipeline, represent ORTH at the events and in the fields that matter, run pilots, negotiate and close, and then manage the portfolio through renewal and expansion. You work alongside an ORTH Customer Success who owns implementation and customer success at each account; together you decide where the territory goes next.
What You'll Do
- Pipeline: Build and run the enterprise pipeline across growers, exporters, packers, cooperatives, input distributors and integrated agribusinesses in Mexico.
- Presence: Represent ORTH at the trade shows, grower days and industry events where decisions get made in your market.
- Discovery: Lead multi-stakeholder discovery with agronomy directors, operations heads, sustainability leads and owners, with the aim of understanding pressing use cases for an adequate ORTH implementation.
- Pilots: Design and run pilots with agreed use cases and success criteria.
- Closing: Own pricing, negotiation, procurement and legal review, with support from HQ.
- Portfolio: Own roll-out plans, implementation schedules, renewal and expansion across your accounts and hold the executive relationship.
- Squad: Partner with your customer success lead on use case definition and implementation health. You own the agreement; they own the field.
- Voice of the market: Feed what growers ask for to our solution engineers for quick resolution and learning.
- Operating rigour: Report pipeline, forecast and account health with discipline.
Adecuado candidates can demonstrate comfort and experience with the following:
- Years working in or selling into agriculture in Mexico. You have stood in fields with growers and you understand Mexico's agronomic landscape, seasons, crops...
- Agronomic training, a related degree, or the equivalent built through work.
- An existing network across the enterprise logos in Mexico: you have sold into them or worked alongside them, and you know who decides.
- A track record of performance against a sales KPI in complex, multi-stakeholder cycles.
- Owning a revenue, renewal and expansion target.
- Running in-person meetings with owners, CFOs and agronomy directors.
- Mapping an organization and influencing stakeholders from field scout to board.
- Curiosity about AI and a clear point of view on what it should and should not do in agriculture.
- Comfort with frequent travel across the territory.
- Fluent English and Spanish.
- Commercial and entrepreneurial acumen: you can build a business case and present it to a board. The interview process includes a case study.
- People want to work with you. Direct, reliable, easy to trust on the farm and in the boardroom.
