Payroll Analyst

We are looking for a Payroll Analyst to join our clients' team and ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll. The adecuado candidate will have strong analytical skills, a detail-oriented mindset, and the ability to navigate complex payroll systems and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

- Process and review payroll transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance with internal policies and regulations
- Verify employee time records and resolve discrepancies before payroll submission
- Calculate and process deductions, taxes, and benefits accurately
- Maintain payroll records and ensure proper documentation for audits and reporting
- Stay updated on labor laws and tax regulations to ensure compliance with local and national payroll requirements
- Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to resolve payroll-related inquiries and issues
- Generate payroll reports for management and assist with data analysis as needed

Requirements Academic/Training

- Minimum Academic Training: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field

Experience

- At least 2-3 years of experience in payroll processing or a similar role
- Familiarity with payroll systems and software (e.g., SAP,



Workday, ADP)

Skills

- Proficiency in English (mandatory)
- Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data management tools
- Knowledge of local labor laws, tax regulations, and payroll compliance
- Effective problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work under tight deadlines while maintaining accuracy
