Job Title: Pega Developer Contractor

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and skilled Pega Developer Contractor to join our client's team in the technology sector. In this role, you will contribute to designing, developing, and implementing Pega-based solutions to meet business requirements and enhance operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

- Lead Pega application development across case management, workflow, integrations, UI, and data modeling.
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions using Pega PRPC.
- Design and configure case types, flows, data pages, activities, data transforms, decision rules, sections, harnesses, reports, and integrations.
- Review technical designs and ensure solutions follow Pega guardrails, best practices, and enterprise architecture standards.
- Provide technical leadership and mentoring to junior and mid-level Pega developers.
- Collaborate with Pega architects, product owners, business analysts, QA, DevOps, and production support teams.
- Lead code reviews, rule reviews, defect triage, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
- Develop and support integrations using REST, SOAP, JSON, XML, connectors, services, and data pages.
- Support deployment planning and release activities across development, QA, staging, and production environments.
- Identify technical risks, dependencies, and improvement opportunities.
- Prepare technical documentation, implementation plans,



design notes, and knowledge-transfer materials.

Requirements

- 6-9 years of experience in Pega development.
- Strong hands-on Pega development experience.
- Technical leadership and solution design capability.
- Ability to guide developers while working closely with architects, business analysts, QA teams, and stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications (if any)

- Experience with Pega best practices and design patterns for scalable and high-performance solutions.
- Knowledge of deployment planning and release activities.
