What will you do as a People Data Analyst at Sealed Air?

You will be a key contributor within the People team, supporting initiatives aligned with the company’s strategy. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional employee support while ensuring compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies. You will execute core HR programs and processes and act as a support resource for the U.S. employee base, driving best practices and ensuring the effective execution of key operational activities.

Why do we need you?

- Execute key operational activities related to recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, compliance, time management, and reporting.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for U.S. employees on HR-related matters.
- Manage employee requests through ticketing systems such as ServiceNow (policies, payroll, benefits, and general inquiries).
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with policies, procedures,



and legal requirements.
- Identify areas for improvement and drive resolution with relevant stakeholders.
- Support People Team COEs through centralized management of cyclical activities.
- Collaborate with the People Technology team on user testing and data validation.
- Provide cross-functional support to data, employee leave teams, and assist in internal investigations when required.

What do you need to succeed?

- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors
- Knowledge of core HR processes (recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, compliance).
- Advanced level of English (Mandatory)
- Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow or similar).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Data analysis and auditing capabilities.
