As a Sales Development Representative, you will be the engine of the growth engine. Your mission is to engage self-employed prospects across the U.S., overcome traditional insurance objections, and build a high-velocity pipeline for a team of licensed agents. This is a high-impact,

Key Responsibilities
Execute a high volume of outbound activity, maintaining a minimum of 100 dials per day
Prospect and qualify self-employed individuals and solopreneurs through cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach
Manage calendars and schedule qualified appointments for US-licensed agents
Consistently meet or exceed weekly targets for "qualified meetings held."
Navigate complex objections regarding health insurance and medical coverage
Participate in daily team dial blocks and live coaching sessions to sharpen sales tactics
Maintain meticulous records in the CRM to ensure seamless hand-offs to the closing team
Contribute to a collective Q4 team goal of 250 closed sales through high-quality pipeline generation
