Provide support to the Maintenance Department through process documentation and standardization, development of work instructions, spare parts management, and continuous improvement of maintenance systems. The intern will participate in projects focused on optimizing operational efficiency, inventory management, and systemization for the execution of preventive maintenance activities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of industrial maintenance processes.
- Interest in continuous improvement, inventory control, and technical documentation.
- Academic experience in process analysis and flowchart development.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
Required Qualifications
- Active student pursuing a degree in Electromechanical Engineering, Maintenance Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field.
- Availability to complete an internship for at least 6 months.
- Availability to work 6 hours per day.
- Intermediate-Advanced English (B2).
- Proficiency in Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
Position Overview
- Document work instructions for preventive maintenance activities, considering safety requirements, technical diagrams, and equipment manuals.
- Support the creation and administration of spare parts and inventory databases.
- Develop improvement proposals for maintenance department processes.
- Participate in defining minimum spare parts inventory levels.
- Collaborate in the implementation and validation of operational improvements.
- Standardize processes using official templates and procedures.
- Follow up on optimization projects within the Maintenance Department.
