- College degree in any Engineering field (Industrial, mechanic, electric, etc.)
- 5 years of exp in similar position in automotive manufacturing environment (methalmechanic preferred)
- Wide knowledge in assembly lines, work stations balance, progressive dies, welder process and stamping highly preferred.
- Excellent skills to manage teams and to work with personel in all level in diferent departments
- Excellent communication skills to all levels




- Conflict management expert
- Focused on results thru KPI's (safety, productivity, efficiency, internal quality, etc.)
- Total Quality management with 0 defects focus.
- Continous improvement mentality and projects development.
- Knowledge and experience in IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001
- Focused in safety culture (Accidents prevention and risk identification)
