Buscamos un/a profesional con experiencia en cumplimiento regulatorio, Product Stewardship, EHS o asuntos regulatorios, que brinde soporte a las operaciones de LATAM y asegure que nuestros productos cumplan con los requerimientos regulatorios aplicables durante todo su ciclo de vida.

Zona de trabajo: San juan del Río (lunes a viernes) presencial.

Objetivo del puesto:

Brindar soporte y asesoría en materia de cumplimiento regulatorio y comunicación de peligros, interpretando regulaciones aplicables y desarrollando estrategias que permitan asegurar el cumplimiento de nuestros productos en la región LATAM.

La posición tendrá interacción con diferentes unidades de negocio y equipos globales, actuando como referente técnico en temas regulatorios y de Product Stewardship.

Principales responsabilidades:

- Brindar asesoría a las unidades de negocio sobre requisitos regulatorios y cumplimiento de producto en LATAM.
- Evaluar la comunicación de peligros y requisitos regulatorios asociados con nuestros productos.
- Identificar cambios y tendencias regulatorias en la región, evaluar su impacto y proponer estrategias de cumplimiento.
- Dar soporte regulatorio durante el ciclo de vida de los productos, desde su desarrollo y manufactura hasta su comercialización y distribución.
- Participar en la implementación, mantenimiento y mejora del Product Stewardship Management System.
- Colaborar con equipos multidisciplinarios, regionales y globales para integrar los requerimientos de Product Stewardship en las operaciones.
- Elaborar y actualizar procedimientos y documentación regulatoria.
- Apoyar en la preparación de documentación para exportaciones y requerimientos de clientes.
- Desarrollar conocimiento regulatorio relacionado con pinturas, recubrimientos y precursores químicos en LATAM.

Requisitos:

- Es necesario contar con un nivel de inglés avanzado, con capacidad para interactuar con equipos globales.
- Experiencia en sistema documental
- 1 o más años de experiencia en áreas como Product Stewardship, cumplimiento de producto, asuntos regulatorios, EHS o posiciones relacionadas.
- Licenciatura/Ingeniería en Química, Ingeniería Química, EHS, Ciencias Ambientales o carrera afín.
- (Deseable) conocimiento de regulaciones aplicables a productos químicos y/o comunicación de peligros.
- Conocimiento de ERP como SAP u Oracle (deseable).
- Excel básico–intermedio (capacidad de trabajar con una gran cantidad de datos)
