About the Position: Develop activities related to the control and programming of existing equipment, as well as the integration of new projects. Your Responsibilities will be: Perform assigned activities for the maintenance and upkeep of production and utility equipment, ensuring their reliable operation. Carry out activities that ensure machinery and facilities remain in good condition.
Follow
Maintenance procedures applicable to the area. Develop procedures focused on equipment programming (SMP). Update documentation related to machine spare parts (Machine Ledger). Maintain updated hardware and software inventories for existing equipment. Document and back up any updates made to software or to hydraulic, pneumatic, or electrical machine diagrams; retain previous versions with a sequential record. Participate in the measurement and follow-up of departmental projects and objectives. Update software and hardware backups for machinery (PLCs, HMIs, drives). Understand and apply the criteria of the MM methodology. Execute predictive and preventive maintenance programs established in the Machine Leaders for all equipment, maintaining 100% record completion. Generate backup copies of existing machine programs (PLCs, HMIs, drives). Receive and respond to Service Orders, Tags, and EWOs. Ensure the effectiveness and availability of production area equipment.
Perform the integration of new equipment.Identify potential equipment issues and implement corrective measures. Develop improvement projects (Kaizen) to ensure proper machine operation. Provide support to the Maintenance, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Production departments, including the integration of new projects. Train maintenance personnel. What Qualifications you will bring: Education
- Electromechanical Technician or related field.
- Higher University Technician (TSU) in Maintenance.
- Electrical Engineering.
- Mechatronics Engineering.
- Electronics Engineering.
Language
- Basic to Intermediate English (preferred).
Experience
- 3 years of experience in the automotive industry, specifically PLC programming.
- 3 years in a similar position.
- 1 year of experience in project development and planning, implementation of improvements, and results monitoring and follow-up.

Skilled in the use of manual, electrical, and pneumatic tools.Knowledge of industrial communication networks, including Ethernet, Profinet, DeviceNet, and Profibus.Knowledge of drive control and operation, including Indramat (Rexroth), Sinamics (Siemens), and Omron systems.Knowledge of ISO/TS 16949, ISO 14001, and OHSAS 18001 management systems.General knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, electricity, and basic electronics.Experience with welding equipment (Fronius, Lincoln), robots, press brakes, and presses.Proficiency in PC operation and usage.
