EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION

- Engineering degree (Mechanical, Electromechanical, Industrial or Mechatronic)
- Experience 5 years or more

PRINCIPAL ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSABILITIES

- Responsible for the designated department's health, safety, and environment.
- Responsible for the production and operations of the designated department.
- Responsible for day-to-day housekeeping, operations,



and administrative topics ensuring all necessary plant equipment, automated & test equipment are maintained in a current operable and calibrated condition.
- Show leadership and commitment to the QMS and customer focus, promote continuous improvement aligned to ISO 9001:2015.
- Responsible for continuously seeking new product (Growth) introductions at fabrication, as well as new platforms and model year introductions.
- Create, sustain, implement, and communicate strategies, tactics, and operational plans by the company vision and mission.
- Human Resources Leadership
- Assist in recruitment and placement of required direct labor; ensure people are adequately trained or qualified to maintain a high level of skills in fabrication processes (welding, prefabrication, and paint).
- Establishment of organizational structure.
- Financial Management by maintaining budget accuracy.
