Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead client-facing Professional Services engagements focused on Capital Markets Front Office solutions.

The idóneo candidate will have strong experience managing financial technology projects involving Front Office Trading, Capital Markets, investment management, and trading platforms. This role will be responsible for end-to-end project delivery, client relationships, project governance, financial management, and successful implementation of Capital Markets solutions.

Required Skills and Experience

- 8–10 years of experience in Project Management.
- Strong experience in Capital Markets, Financial Services, FinTech, or Investment Banking.
- Hands-on experience delivering Professional Services engagements.




- Strong understanding of Front Office Trading environments.
- Good understanding of the trade lifecycle.
- Experience with Capital Markets software implementation and delivery.
- Strong client-facing and stakeholder management experience.
- Experience managing cross-functional Functional, Technical, QA, and Support teams.
- Experience with UAT, implementation, go-live, and production stabilization.
- Strong project governance, reporting, risk, issue, and change management skills.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
- Must be available to work onsite in Mexico City 3–4 days per week.
