A client of mine is hiring an experienced real estate acquisitions closer to work directly with motivated property owners and convert qualified opportunities into signed purchase agreements.

This role is for someone who can lead a consultative sales conversation, uncover the seller’s real motivation, evaluate the opportunity, make appropriate offers, and confidently ask for the agreement.

What you’ll do:

- Follow up with qualified property sellers by phone
- Build trust and uncover motivation, timeline, condition, and price expectations
- Evaluate opportunities using company criteria and tools
- Present offers and negotiate purchase agreements
- Maintain disciplined follow-up with undecided sellers
- Document every interaction and next step in the CRM
- Meet conversion, contract, and follow-up performance expectations
- Participate in coaching, roleplay, and call reviews
- Work closely with leadership to improve scripts, processes, and results

You may be a strong fit if you:

- Have proven phone-sales or real estate acquisitions experience
- Speak fluent, professional English
- Can confidently handle objections and negotiate
- Know how to balance empathy with directness
- Take ownership of your pipeline and follow-up
- Are highly coachable and comfortable having calls reviewed
- Can work during required U.S. Central Time hours

Direct experience with off-market real estate, wholesaling, acquisitions, or high-ticket phone sales is strongly preferred.

Compensation:

- Base salary: $10 per hour USD
- Commission: 5%
- Additional performance incentives may be available
- Final compensation may depend on experience and demonstrated results
