Luxury Real Estate Signature is looking for an experienced English-speaking Real Estate Agent to join our team in Playa del Carmen.
We are a premium real estate agency specializing in property acquisition, investment, relocation, and personalized support for international clients in the Riviera Maya.
The role
As a Real Estate Agent, you will be responsible for developing your own client portfolio, understanding clients’ needs and guiding them throughout the purchasing process — from the first contact to the closing.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Developing and managing your own client portfolio
- Prospecting and generating new business opportunities
- Qualifying leads and understanding their investment or lifestyle goals
- Presenting and showing properties
- Advising clients throughout the purchasing process
- Building strong relationships with international buyers and investors
- Following up with leads and maintaining long-term client relationships
- Working closely with our internal team and trusted partners
We are looking for
- Fluent English or Spanish - Both are a strong advantage
- Valid Real Estate License or ability to obtain one according to local regulations
- 2–3 years of experience in residential and/or luxury real estate, with strong knowledge of the local market
- Strong sales, negotiation and business development skills
- Excellent client relationship, communication and follow-up skills
- Comfortable with CRM, social media and digital marketing tools
- Autonomous, professional, reliable and adaptable
- Experience working with international clients is a plus
