We are looking for an experienced real estate leasing and marketing professional to manage the leasing performance of our portfolio of furnished and unfurnished rental properties throughout Los Angeles.

The goal of this role is to reduce vacancy, maximize occupancy, and increase rental income through effective marketing, pricing, lead generation, and leasing strategies. This is a full-time, long-term remote position working closely with our Los Angeles property management team.

Responsibilities

- Develop and execute leasing and marketing strategies for available units.
- Create professional Leasing Packages for properties, including photos, floor plans, descriptions, amenities, rental terms, and other relevant marketing information.
- Create, maintain, and optimize listings across multiple other relevant platforms.
- Research comparable rentals and recommend pricing adjustments, concessions, minimum stays, and other strategies to improve performance.
- Monitor vacancies and identify why units are not renting.
- Respond to and consistently follow up with leads, converting inquiries into applications,



leases, or bookings.
- Coordinate with the property management team to ensure units are ready to market, show, and lease.
- Provide regular reporting on vacancies, leads, leasing activity, occupancy, and pricing.

Qualifications

- Strong experience in residential real estate leasing, apartment leasing, and rental-property marketing.
- Knowledge of various rental platforms.
- Experience with furnished, mid-term, or short-term rentals preferred.
- Excellent sales, communication, and follow-up skills.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Highly organized and proactive.
- Ability to work primarily during Los Angeles business hours.

This is not primarily an administrative or guest-messaging position. We are looking for someone with a strong real estate and leasing mindset who can take ownership of the portfolio’s marketing and leasing performance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $37,400.00 per month
