Key Responsibilities - Source candidates daily across multiple channels.
- Conduct interviews and assess fit quickly and effectively.
- Submit top candidates and follow up to keep them engaged.
- Build strong relationships with candidates and clients.
- Manage multiple requisitions in a fast‐paced, high‐volume environment.
Qualifications - 2+ years of recruitment experience for manufacturing, operative, admin, customer service or related blue collar roles.
- Conversational English (able to hold interviews and discussions).
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple searches simultaneously.
- Energetic, proactive, and team‐oriented.
