Role Summary: We are seeking a Hiring Associate to support recruiting activity. This role is focused on sourcing candidates, conducting phone interviews, sending Spark Hire interviews, communicating with candidates and clients, and staying organized across multiple searches. The right person will have strong English communication skills, high-speed internet, a professional presence, and the ability to work independently while staying aligned with internal goals and expectations.

Responsibilities:

- Source candidates for open roles across the United States and Canada.
- Conduct 20+ phone interviews per week.
- Send Spark Hire interviews to candidates.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with candidates.
- Communicate effectively with clients when needed.
- Stay early and prepared for internal and external meetings.
- Attend GPS, L10 meetings, trainings, coaching events, client one-on-ones, and interviews.
- Work 35–45 hours per week based on recruiting goals.
- Stay organized across candidate pipelines, interviews, and follow-up activity.




- Support the recruiting team by helping move candidates through the process.

Requirements:

- Ideally has a college degree.
- C1-level English required, including strong speaking and typing ability.
- Ability to legally travel to the United States.
- Highly organized and dependable.

- High-speed internet required.
- Professional appearance and communication style.
- Comfortable working remotely from Mexico.
- Able to work independently while staying aligned with team expectations.
- Adaptable enough to work early, late, or occasional weekends when needed to hit goals.
- Recruiting, sourcing, phone screening, or English teaching experience is helpful.

Salary Information: Compensation is $8 per hour, with potential bonus opportunities. The role is expected to average 40-45 hours per week, with a standard 8:00 AM–5:00 PM schedule and flexibility required based on goals, interviews, and recruiting activity.
