Position open to candidates based in Latin America | Part-Time

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Bilingual (Spanish <> English) Case Manager to join one of our U.S. clients’ immigration law firms, specializing in Removal Defense and Detention cases.

This is a highly autonomous , hands-on role for someone who understands that detention and removal cases can change quickly and rarely follow a predictable workflow. The ideal candidate has direct experience managing immigration cases involving removal proceedings and detained clients and is comfortable taking ownership of case tracking, deadlines, filings, client communication, and the many moving pieces that keep these matters progressing.

This role combines client-facing responsibilities with behind-the-scenes case management. You will be responsible for keeping cases organized, monitoring deadlines and court activity, coordinating logistics, maintaining accurate case records, and ensuring that attorneys and clients have the information they need at the right time.

Hands-on experience with EOIR, including ECAS filings, hearing-calendar tracking, detained-client logistics, and A-File/FOIA handling, is required. Experience with Monday.com is also required.

The idóneo candidate is highly organized, proactive, adaptable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. You should thrive in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift quickly and each case may require a different approach.
