Everforth Apex Systems Mexico is seeking an experienced Senior RPA Consultant to lead the successful delivery of enterprise automation initiatives using UiPath and Microsoft Power Automate. This individual will be responsible for overseeing the full lifecycle of automation projects, from assessment and solution design through deployment and production support.

The adecuado candidate combines strong hands-on technical expertise with leadership capabilities, serving as a trusted advisor to stakeholders while mentoring automation developers and analysts. The role involves collaborating with distributed teams, driving delivery excellence, and ensuring automation solutions align with business objectives, governance standards, and operational requirements.

Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end delivery of RPA solutions using UiPath and Microsoft Power Automate.
- Drive solution design, development, testing, deployment, and post-production support activities.




- Provide technical guidance on automation architecture, framework design, and best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex automation and production support issues.
- Ensure automation solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with governance standards.
- Lead and mentor a team of automation developers, analysts, and consultants.
- Support knowledge sharing, technical coaching, and professional development initiatives.
- Establish development standards and ensure adherence across automation workstreams.
- Coordinate delivery activities across hybrid onshore and offshore teams.
- Act as the primary technical point of contact for key stakeholders.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into effective automation solutions.
- Communicate project status, risks, dependencies, and milestones to leadership teams.
- Build strong relationships with business and technical stakeholders.
- Drive quality assurance processes and risk mitigation strategies.
- Monitor delivery performance, resource allocation, and project timelines.
- Support automation governance, SDLC processes, and operational support models.
- Provide strategic recommendations related to team structure,



delivery approach, and automation roadmap.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience.
- 5+ years of experience delivering enterprise RPA solutions using UiPath and/or Microsoft Power Automate.
- Proven experience leading RPA teams and managing complex automation programs.
- Strong hands-on experience with automation design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
- Experience working within established SDLC and automation governance frameworks.
- Strong understanding of production support and operational maintenance models.
- Experience working with distributed teams in onshore/offshore delivery environments.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
- Ability to drive multiple automation initiatives simultaneously while maintaining delivery quality.
- English proficiency level C1 or higher is a requirement.
