Job Overview The S4 HANA Transition Manager will be responsible for leading the migration of our business processes to the S4 HANA platform. This role will involve managing the transition process, ensuring that all aspects of the migration are completed efficiently and effectively.
The Transition
Manager will work closely with various teams to ensure that the new system meets business requirements and is fully integrated with our existing processes. They will also be responsible for training staff on the new system and troubleshooting any issues that arise during the transition.
Responsibilities
Lead the transition to SAP S/4 HANA, including planning, execution, and monitoring of the project.
Coordinate with various stakeholders, including business leaders, IT teams, and SAP consultants.
Ensure the project is delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Provide regular updates to senior management on the project's progress and any potential risks.
Required Skills
Proficient in SAP S/4 HANA implementation and transition.
Strong project management skills with a proven track record in leading large scale IT projects.
Excellent understanding of SAP methodologies, including ASAP and Agile.
A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field is required, with a preference for a Master's degree or relevant certifications in SAP S4 HANA.
Preferred Skills
Knowledge of SAP Fiori, SAP UI5, and SAP NetWeaver.
Experience with SAP Solution Manager.
Understanding of SAP Cloud Platform and related services.
Familiarity with SAP ABAP programming.
Knowledge of SAP Business Workflow.
Experience with SAP Data Services.
Understanding of SAP Leonardo technologies.
Familiarity with SAP Hybris and other customer engagement tools.
Knowledge of SAP Ariba and other procurement solutions.
Experience with SAP SuccessFactors and other HR solutions.
