Role Description This on-site internship role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist is based in Irapuato, GUA. The intern will support daily sales activities, including engaging with customers, presenting product benefits, and assisting in closing sales opportunities.

Responsibilities include helping develop and execute marketing initiatives, promoting biodegradable cleaning products, and gathering customer feedback to improve outreach strategies. The role also involves coordinating with the customer service team, supporting basic sales reporting, and participating in training sessions to strengthen sales and communication skills.



The intern will collaborate closely with the local team to grow brand visibility and contribute to GLOW MX COMPANY’s sustainable mission.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with customers and internal teams.
- Candidates should possess core Sales and Sales Management skills to support prospecting, product presentation, and follow-up on sales leads.
- Candidates should possess Training-related skills, including the ability to learn quickly and share product and sustainability knowledge with others.
- Basic understanding of marketing concepts, particularly eco-friendly or consumer products, is beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Irapuato, GUA, with a proactive, organized, and team-oriented approach.
- Comfort with basic digital tools (email, spreadsheets, presentation software) for sales and marketing tasks.
- Interest in sustainability, biodegradable products, and environmentally conscious business practices.
- Current student or recent graduate in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
