Role Overview
We are looking for a Salesforce professional with deep expertise in Salesforce Administration, CPQ, Revenue Cloud, Flow Builder, and CRM optimization . This role will play a key part in managing and enhancing critical business processes across Sales, Finance, and IT teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer Salesforce users, roles, permissions, and security.
- Configure and optimize Salesforce Flows and validation rules.
- Manage CPQ and Revenue Cloud configurations.
- Support pricing rules, quote templates, and product bundles.
- Perform data migrations and maintenance activities.
- Support integrations, testing, and user adoption initiatives.
- Analyze business requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
- Maintain documentation and ensure platform best practices.
Required Skills
- 6-8 years of Salesforce Administration experience.
- Strong experience with Salesforce CPQ and Revenue Cloud.
- Expertise in Flows, formulas, validation rules, and automation.
- Experience with Data Loader, Workbench, and reporting.
- Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM201) required.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce security model.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
