Role Description

We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Consultant to strengthen the way Salesforce supports commercial and sales processes across contracting and subcontracting operations in the construction and HVAC sectors.

This role combines hands-on Salesforce administration and configuration—including custom fields, Flows, validation rules, permissions, and automation—with strong business analysis capabilities. The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders to understand operational requirements and translate them into practical, scalable Salesforce solutions aligned with business processes and regional standards.

What you will do

- Configure, enhance, and optimize Salesforce based on sales and business requirements.
- Translate business needs into practical, scalable Salesforce solutions.
- Support CRM strategy, solution design, implementation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Create and modify custom fields, objects, Flows, validation rules, automations, reports, and dashboards.
- Improve sales processes, including opportunity stages, pipeline management, sales funnels, and lead management.
- Support Salesforce enhancements, integrations, and implementation projects as business needs evolve.
- Review existing business processes, identify improvement opportunities, and help define the transition from AS IS to TO BE processes.
- Troubleshoot Salesforce functional and configuration issues and provide practical, sustainable solutions.
- Collaborate closely with the internal Salesforce teams across LATAM and Mexico, as well as with key business stakeholders.
- Document implemented solutions, configurations, processes,



and key decisions to support knowledge transfer and reduce dependency on external vendors for ongoing maintenance.

Must have

- 4+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience, preferably in consulting, administration, implementation, or business analysis roles.
- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, including administration, configuration, and implementation.
- Proven ability to gather, analyze, and translate sales and business requirements into practical, scalable Salesforce solutions.
- Strong understanding of CRM processes and data models, including Leads, Accounts, Contacts, Opportunities, Pipelines, and Campaigns.
- Hands-on experience configuring custom fields, objects, Salesforce Flows, validation rules, approval processes, page layouts, reports, dashboards, and automation.
- Ability to assess existing business and Salesforce processes, identify gaps, and recommend AS IS → TO BE improvements.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot issues and work independently.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders and facilitate business requirement discussions.
- Experience working in environments with multiple Salesforce initiatives, priorities, or workstreams running in parallel.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with regional and cross-functional teams.
- Upper-intermediate English (B2+), with the ability to participate in business meetings, discuss requirements, and communicate with LATAM stakeholders.
