Hi There, Role: Salesforce Technical Lead Location: Mexico (Remote) Duration : Long Term Contract Work Timing: PST Time Zone Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical Lead to join our team in Mexico. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in Salesforce development and technical leadership, with expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce integrations, and Copado-based release management . The candidate will be responsible for leading development initiatives, collaborating with business stakeholders, mentoring developers, and ensuring successful delivery of scalable Salesforce solutions.

Key Responsibilities Salesforce Solution Design & Development - Lead the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions.

- Develop and maintain applications using Apex, LWC, Flows, and Salesforce Platform capabilities.
- Design scalable solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
- Conduct code reviews and enforce development best practices.
- Troubleshoot complex production issues and provide technical guidance. Integration & API Development - Design and implement Salesforce integrations with external systems.
- Develop and support integrations using REST and SOAP APIs.
- Work with Platform Events and integration patterns for real-time and batch processing.
- Collaborate with enterprise integration teams to ensure reliable end-to-end connectivity.

Release

Management & DevOps - Manage Salesforce deployments using Copado.

- Support CI/CD pipelines, source control, and release governance processes.
- Coordinate deployments across Development, QA, UAT, and Production environments.
- Ensure adherence to change management and compliance requirements.

Technical

Leadership - Lead and mentor Salesforce developers.

- Provide effort estimations, technical design guidance, and solution reviews.




- Collaborate with architects, business analysts, project managers, and other teams.
- Drive adherence to coding standards, documentation, and quality processes.
- Support Agile delivery and sprint execution.

Stakeholder

Collaboration - Work closely with business teams to gather and refine requirements.

- Translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Communicate technical solutions and project status to stakeholders.

Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.

- 8+ years of overall IT experience.
- 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
- Strong expertise in:
- Salesforce Sales Cloud
- Salesforce Service Cloud
- Salesforce Experience Cloud
- Apex
- Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Salesforce Flows
- SOQL/SOSL
- Salesforce Security Model
- Experience building integrations using REST and SOAP APIs .
- Hands-on experience with Copado for release management and CI/CD.
- Experience with Git-based source control.
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications - Salesforce Platform Developer I Certification.

- Salesforce Platform Developer II Certification.
- Salesforce Administrator Certification.
- Salesforce Application Architect or System Architect Certification.
- Experience with MuleSoft or other integration platforms.
- Experience in general delivery environments and leading distributed teams.
