Position Overview

The Stream Lead will provide leadership in process analysis, process and system design, systems development, configuration, testing, implementation and training to support the

Implementation of the SAP roadmap Project according to the scope of work, project plan and

Deliverables while meeting CSV and quality requirements.

Key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

- Manage and lead the respective functional Streams from a solution development, completeness,

and integration to 3rd party systems during the lifecycle of the project.
- Provide SAP functional expertise / support / coaching to business by bringing SAP best practises to the table and acting as a business consulting in explaining these to business.
- Interpret business requirements and translate to SAP speak.
- Quality assure Service Provider deliverables throughout.

Reduce risk of implementation.

Assist the project with any testing and training processes.





- Ensure risks and issues are managed proactively and to completion.
- Assure solution is technically sound (that test criteria are met by Service Provider).
- Assist in managing programme teams to a common Solution integration and testing output.
- Facilitate resolution of integration issues.
- Support the site Project Managers in managing the integration to all systems that will interface to SAP
- Quality assure solution from a functional and technical integration perspective.
- Facilitate resolution of integration issues arising from the design.
- Manage relevant risks and escalate to programme management where relevant.
- Provide input into programme planning and deliverables.
- Provide requirement input to any supporting governance, standards and policy documents.
- Assist in decision making relating to scope changes.
- Manage defects and resolution of defects.
