Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Cybersecurity, or equivalent practical experience.

~5+ years of experience supporting enterprise CDN, networking, or application security environments.

~ Strong hands-on experience with Akamai, Cloudflare, Fastly, or similar CDN technologies.

~ TCP/IP Networking

~ Layer 3, Layer 4, and Layer 7 Security Concepts

~ Web Application Firewalls (WAF)

~ Content Delivery Networks (CDN)

~ Edge Security Services

~ Proven experience troubleshooting complex performance, routing, availability, and security-related incidents.

~ Experience designing and supporting WAF policies, bot protection controls, and DDoS mitigation architectures.

~ Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure,



or GCP .

~ Ability to collaborate across infrastructure, security, and application teams. Familiarity with Zero Trust and Edge Security architectures.
