You will own the Mexico desk. That means hunting new clients, building long-term relationships with US and European companies, and running senior searches end to end. You'll have full autonomy, uncapped commission, and a strong international team behind you.

What We Need
- 8+ years in recruitment, executive search, or senior specialist hiring
- Proven track record of independently developing clients and closing mandates
- Fluent English — every client conversation is in English
- Based in Mexico
