This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Integrated Project Manager based in Mexico. Lead high-impact, multi-channel creative projects for premium brands in a fast-paced, AI-enabled environment.

This role combines senior project management expertise with emerging AI production methodologies to deliver innovative work at scale. You’ll coordinate creative, strategy, production, and AI specialists while keeping projects aligned with client expectations and business objectives. From planning and resourcing to budgets, timelines, quality, and risk, you’ll have ownership across the full project lifecycle.

You’ll also help integrate and optimize Gen AI workflows alongside traditional production processes. Success in this role requires strong commercial awareness, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships. Accountabilities

- Lead mid- to high-complexity, multi-channel creative initiatives incorporating Gen AI technologies.
- Coordinate integrated teams across creative, strategy, AI production, and other specialist functions.
- Establish and maintain effective project management practices to support consistent, high-quality delivery.
- Develop comprehensive project plans covering scope, timelines, resources, budgets, deliverables, and AI workflows.
- Manage project schedules proactively, identifying dependencies and ensuring milestones are achieved on time.
- Optimize resource allocation and coordinate internal teams, external partners, and vendors to support project objectives.
- Lead the integration and optimization of Gen AI workflows within creative production processes.
- Coordinate traditional production and AI-powered workstreams, ensuring effective collaboration and alignment.
- Manage the implementation of AI tools in line with project requirements and schedules.
- Monitor the quality of AI-generated assets and maintain rigorous quality standards throughout production.
- Track and report key production and project performance metrics.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with premium brand stakeholders and serve as a trusted project partner.
- Lead internal and external communications, ensuring objectives, decisions, risks, and project updates are clearly communicated.




- Manage cross-functional team dynamics and foster effective collaboration.
- Oversee project budgets, financial reporting, and resource management to keep initiatives within scope.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, including risks specific to AI-enabled production workflows.
- Drive continuous process improvement and identify opportunities to increase efficiency and project performance.
- Support successful outcomes across project delivery, client satisfaction, team collaboration, budget performance, and process innovation.

Requirements

- 8+ years of experience in integrated project management, ideally within an advertising, creative, agency, or similar environment.
- Demonstrated experience working with premium or luxury brands and managing high-profile, complex projects.
- Strong expertise in team coordination, vendor management, executive reporting, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Proven experience managing creative production workflows and an understanding of AI-enabled production methodologies.
- Proficiency with project management platforms, Microsoft Office, and relevant creative and AI production tools.
- Strong experience with budget development, financial reporting, resource planning, and cost control.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
- Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building capabilities.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a practical approach to managing project challenges.
- Experience with risk identification and mitigation, quality control, documentation, and project status reporting.
- Ability to communicate clearly with both creative and technical stakeholders and translate complex information into actionable plans.
- Strong attention to detail and a consistent focus on delivery excellence and client satisfaction.
- A proactive, innovative mindset with an interest in leveraging AI to improve creative production and project execution.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, international, remote environment.




- Professional proficiency in English is required.
