⚖️ We are looking for an experienced Senior Legal Counsel to provide strategic legal guidance to senior management and support the development of strong legal, compliance, and data protection practices.
? Key responsibilities:
✅ Provide legal advice to senior management and internal departments
✅ Draft, review, and approve contracts and commercial agreements
✅ Identify and assess legal and compliance risks
✅ Implement compliance programs aligned with general standards and local regulations
✅ Develop and maintain an effective data protection management system
? Requirements:
? Law degree with professional certification
? At least 5 years of relevant experience
? Advanced English proficiency
? Experience with public procurement processes and internal or external audits
?️ Knowledge of anti-corruption, antitrust, privacy, ethics, regulatory compliance, and anti-money laundering
⚖️ Experience implementing or adapting European or US compliance programs
