Senior Python & Golang Engineer at BairesDev

As a Senior Python & Golang Engineer, you will design, build, and optimize robust backend systems and microservices. You will play a key role in driving technical excellence, ensuring the reliability of core application services, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.

What You'll Do

- Architect and implement scalable backend services using Python and Go.

- Design and optimize high-performance APIs leveraging REST and GraphQL architectures.

- Maintain and improve core application functionality, ensuring system scalability and low latency.

- Diagnose and resolve complex technical blockers independently, providing strategic recommendations for system improvements.





- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to transform business needs into robust technical solutions.

What We Are Looking For

- 5+ years of experience in Software Engineering, Backend Development, or a related field.

- Proven expertise in backend development using Python and Golang.

- Strong hands-on experience designing and implementing GraphQL and REST APIs.

- Solid understanding of HTTP fundamentals and networking protocols.

- Demonstrated ability to work independently as a senior engineer, proactively identifying blockers and communicating issues.

- Advanced proficiency in English.
