BILINGUAL TRUCKING SALES CLOSER

100% Remote | Part-Time

Sales Territory: USA & Mexico Only

Asset Transport LLC, a U.S.-based trucking company, is looking for a motivated, confident, and results-driven Bilingual Trucking Sales Closer to help grow our customer base and secure new trucking business in the United States and Mexico.

This role is focused primarily on prospecting, sales, follow-up, relationship building, negotiation, and closing. The adecuado candidate is confident communicating with customers, comfortable handling objections, and persistent with follow-ups.

Compensation

- $12 USD per hour
- 20 hours per week
- $250 USD incentive for each successful 2-week driver run
- Paid in USD
- Opportunities for performance-based pay increases

Schedule 20 hours per week

Monday through Friday during U.S. business hours.

The candidate must be comfortable working a U.S.-based schedule.

Responsibilities

- Prospect and identify potential customers in the USA
- Conduct outbound sales calls and prospecting emails
- Build and maintain relationships with shippers, freight brokers, and potential customers
- Present Asset Transport's trucking services professionally
- Qualify leads and identify potential trucking opportunities
- Follow up consistently with prospects and existing customers
- Handle objections and negotiate when necessary
- Close sales and secure trucking business
- Follow up on quotes and opportunities until they are won or lost
- Maintain an organized sales pipeline
- Update prospect and customer information in the CRM
- Coordinate with the operations team after a sale is closed
- Provide regular sales updates and reports to management
- Work toward agreed sales and performance targets




- Maintain professional communication with customers and business partners

Requirements
- Strong spoken and written English communication skills
- Spanish-speaking / bilingual candidates strongly preferred
- Previous experience in sales, trucking, freight, logistics, transportation, or freight brokerage
- Experience selling to customers in the USA is a strong advantage
- Confident making outbound calls to U.S. customers
- Strong closing, negotiation, and objection-handling skills
- Persistent and consistent with follow-up
- Self-motivated, competitive, and results-oriented
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable using CRM systems, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and spreadsheets
- Experience with freight load boards, TMS, or trucking sales is a strong advantage
- Reliable internet and a professional remote-work setup
- Able to work independently in a remote environment
