- Definir y conducir proyectos estratégicos para mejorar la eficiencia de los procesos
- Desarrollar y mantener los métodos necesarios para asegurar que las variables críticas se mantienen en control
- Reducir la variabilidad de los procesos
- Reducir costos por retrabajos y desperdicios
- Coordinar equipos multidisciplinarios de mejora.
- Asesorar en aspectos técnicos de Ingeniería procesos a las áreas de producción.
- Asegurar que el personal a su cargo cumpla con la Política de Calidad y de Seguridad
