Supply Chain Business Analyst The idóneo candidate has hands-on experience with leading Supply Chain Planning platforms such as Blue Yonder SCPO, Kinaxis RapidResponse, o9 Solutions, SAP IBP, Anaplan, Logility, or equivalent solutions, combined with strong business analysis and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.

- Partner with Supply Chain, Planning, Procurement, Manufacturing, and Operations stakeholders.

- Configure and optimize Supply Chain Planning solutions.

- Drive process improvements across demand, supply, and inventory planning.

- Lead workshops, fit-gap analysis, solution design discussions, and user acceptance testing.

- Support forecasting, replenishment, inventory optimization, and S&OP; activities.

- Analyze planning data and develop actionable insights.

- Collaborate with technical teams on integrations, master data, and reporting requirements.

- Support implementation, enhancement, and transformation initiatives.

- Required Qualifications

- 4+ years of experience in Supply Chain Planning, Supply Chain Operations, or Planning Transformation projects.

- Experience with at least one leading planning platform:

- Blue Yonder SCPO

- Kinaxis RapidResponse
- o9 Solutions

- SAP IBP





- Anaplan Supply Chain

- Logility

- ToolsGroup

- Other similar planning solutions

- Strong understanding of:

- Demand Planning

- Supply Planning

- Inventory Planning

- Forecasting

- Replenishment

- S&OP; / Integrated Business Planning

- Experience gathering requirements and working directly with business stakeholders.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- SQL knowledge for data analysis and troubleshooting.

- Experience in Agile or large-scale transformation environments.

- Advanced English communication skills.

- Preferred Qualifications

- Experience implementing Supply Chain Planning solutions.

- Consulting or Business Analyst background.

- Experience within Retail, Consumer Goods, Manufacturing, Automotive, Distribution, or Supply Chain industries.

- Knowledge of supply chain analytics and data-driven decision making.

- Exposure to cloud-based planning solutions.
