Position Overview:

We are hiring a Supply Chain Lead to join our fast-growing team and support supply chain and operations projects for multiple CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods) clients. This role is ideal for someone organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in fast-paced environments. You will help improve processes, manage operational tasks, and support senior operators across different projects.

The adecuado candidate will have a strong background in project management and supply chain, excellent interpersonal skills, an adept communicator, experience consulting to US-based companies, and proven "brain-splitting" multitasking ability across concurrent client engagements. Minimum 1-3 years of experience driving operational excellence.

Responsibilities:

- Work on all aspects of operations projects, including process analysis, optimization, and implementation.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives, challenges, and requirements related to operations.
- Execute comprehensive operational strategies identified by Sr. Operators or clients to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance overall performance.
- Optimize supply chain processes, vendor relationships, and distribution strategies.
- Provide training and support to the client on processes and any tools developed
- Work through project sprints to analyze and improve key systems, mitigate risks, and capitalize on opportunities.
- Conduct thorough assessments of current operational processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Utilize data-driven insights and analytical tools to identify trends, forecast demand, and optimize inventory management.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including procurement, logistics, and distribution, to ensure seamless execution of operational initiatives.
- Work closely with Sr.



Operators to ensure deliverables are completed on time and within budget.
- Establish standardized Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP;) processes for maintaining operational efficiency.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and performance metrics to track progress and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in supply chain management and operations.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or related field is preferred but not required.
- Candidates with relevant work experience in related fields are encouraged to apply.
- Experience in operations analysis, supply chain management, or consulting.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Software or tool specific experience (ie: excel, notion, airtable, smartsheet)
- International experience consulting to or operating within US-based companies
- Demonstrated "brain-splitting" capability — managing multiple concurrent client workstreams without dropping context
- Fluent English (written and spoken) is required — all client and team communication happens in English.
