URGENT HIRE.

USD 4,000 to 6,000 per month. Remote, anywhere in Latin America. Independent contractor.

Reachable 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Central Time, with flexibility in both directions.

If you have negotiated directly with vendors in China and you can read sell through data and act on it without being asked, keep reading.

ABOUT THE COMPANY

Spindle Ventures is a US consumer brand builder operating a portfolio of ecommerce brands in natural skincare. They identify product opportunities, build the brands from the ground up, launch them and scale them.

Nine SKUs in market today. Around eleven by the end of this year. Roughly twenty planned by the end of 2027. Revenue has more than doubled year over year and is on track to reach eight figures annually.

All production runs through a single manufacturing facility in Florida. Around forty percent of componentry is sourced in the United States and sixty percent in China, across a small set of established vendors.

Founder led, four co founders, small senior team that moves quickly.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Supply chain is currently run directly by two of the co founders. As the portfolio moves from nine SKUs toward twenty, that is no longer sustainable.

This role takes full ownership of inventory and vendor management across the portfolio, and becomes the right hand of the COO on everything that keeps product on the shelf.

The systems and processes already exist. What is missing is a person who lives in them every day, sees problems before they happen, and communicates in lockstep with the COO.

This is not a coordinator role.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

- Monitor sell through and inventory levels daily across every SKU in the portfolio
- Plan and place purchase orders on time, working backward from manufacturing dates

- Sequence component orders including bottles, labels, lids and packaging so every input converges at the manufacturer on the required date
- Manage vendor relationships in the United States and China, covering pricing, lead times and follow up
- Forecast demand and flag stock out risk early, with the cost implications attached
- Keep the COO informed through proactive, frequent communication rather than status requests
- Maintain and improve the existing supply chain infrastructure and processes
- Take on additional operations work once the supply chain function is running smoothly

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE

- No stock outs anywhere in the portfolio
- Vendors are responsive, aligned and on schedule
- Inventory levels support growth without tying up unnecessary cash
- The COO is no longer involved in day to day supply chain execution

MUST HAVE

• Vendor management. Direct, hands on experience managing suppliers. Non negotiable.

• Convergent planning. Proven experience coordinating multiple parallel timelines that must land on the same date.

• Experience. Five or more years in supply chain, procurement or inventory management. This is not an entry level role.

• Data fluency. Comfortable reading sell through and inventory data and acting on it without being told to.

• Communication. Excellent spoken and written English,

with a habit of over communicating rather than waiting to be asked.

• Cultural fit. Previous experience working directly with United States based teams.

• Availability. Willing to respond outside standard hours when a supply chain issue requires it, which should be rare.

NICE TO HAVE

- Consumer goods, beauty, skincare or direct to consumer ecommerce
- Manufacturers and component suppliers in China
- Third party logistics and fulfilment operations
- Accounts payable, cash flow or financial reporting

HOW THE TEAM WORKS

Spindle is work hard, play hard. Calls usually start with conversation before they get to the agenda, and the founders know their team beyond the job. When there is a crunch, everyone executes.

Hours are judged by outcome, not by presence. If inventory is healthy, vendors are on track and communication is clear, the schedule is flexible. The expectation is accountability, proactive communication and consistently high execution.

There is real room to grow. The adecuado person masters supply chain, then comes back and asks what else needs solving, whether that is accounts payable, cash flow or something else entirely.
