Job Summary

Job summary: To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Supply Chain Supervisor located in Aguascalientes, Ags

This position will be responsible for driving continuous improvement to Flex Aguas´ Supply Chain and Logistics Team. Key to your success in this role will be your ability to be proactive in finding solutions and cost reduction opportunities.

What a typical day looks like:

- Manage material cost review
- Drive sourcing/pricing strategies in materials quotations
- Track materials financial performance and issue corrective actions when required
- Review procedures, such as distribution or inventory management, to ensure maximum efficiency or minimum cost.
- Lead the NPI supply chain area providing coaching and mentoring to the team.

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

- Bachelor´s Degree.
- Advance English.
- Working with inventory level targets.




- Experience working in high pressure environments.
- Pricing, quality and reliable products experience.
- Experience with some ERP.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to work within a team and be self-motivated.
- Detail Oriented and excellent organization skills.
- Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
