About the Role The Talent Acquisition Specialist/Recruiter will spearhead candidate sourcing and engagement to connect skilled therapists and clinical staff with our growing Therapy Center. Working a adaptable schedule of 20 to 30 hours per week, you will manage multi-channel outreach campaigns, execute phone contact, and maintain organized talent pipelines in a supportive, growth-focused environment. We are actively hiring for an immediate need to scale our clinical teams.

- Position: Talent Acquisition Specialist/Recruiter (Healthcare)
- Location: Fully Remote (Only Open to Candidates in Latin America - Expats welcome)
- Employment Type: Part-Time (20 to 30 hours per week), Permanent
- Schedule: Monday – Friday, 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM EST
- Compensation: $1,039.98 to $1,386.64 USD/month ($6.00 to $8.00 USD/hour)

Key Responsibilities
- Clinical Sourcing & Identification: Source potential candidates, therapists, and healthcare specialists across Indeed, LinkedIn, and targeted healthcare networks.
- Multi-Channel Engagement & Calling: Conduct direct outbound phone calls, targeted emails, and candidate messages to drive high response and conversion rates.
- Process & Database Management: Update talent records, maintain structured recruitment logs, and leverage AI tools to enhance outreach productivity.
What You Bring (Requirements)
- Professional Background: At least 2+ years of recent experience in healthcare recruitment, candidate sourcing, or clinical talent acquisition.
- Technical Proficiency: Experience navigating LinkedIn, Indeed, tracking software/CRMs, and utilizing AI sourcing tools for recruitment.
- Language & Communication: Advanced English speaking and written communication skills, with full confidence conducting direct outbound candidate phone calls.
- Location: Must currently reside in Latin America.
