Position: Customer Service Expert

Type: Contract

Compensation: $18 - $28/hour

Location: Remote

Commitment: 10-40 hrs/week

Role Responsibilities

- Place and receive phone calls on behalf of customers to complete tasks including reservations and vendor confirmations.

- Engage with businesses and service providers to gather information and fulfill requests professionally.

- Navigate phone menus and call centers to reach appropriate contacts for each task.

- Document outcomes and important details for every call interaction with accuracy.

- Handle a high volume of short, consecutive calls addressing various customer needs.

- Collaborate with other remote professionals to ensure a consistent customer service experience.

Requirements

- Demonstrated experience in executive assistance, virtual assistance, concierge services,



or customer support via phone.

- Fluent, neutral, and clear spoken English with strong improvisational skills for US-based interactions.

- Confidence in making outbound calls and navigating automated phone systems.

- Reliable high-speed internet connection, quiet work environment, and a quality wired or USB headset.

- Experience in the hospitality, restaurant, or travel industries; negotiation or escalation experience is a plus.

- Proven ability to work autonomously and manage multiple consecutive tasks.
