. The role will work closely with business leaders and HR teams to attract and retain qualified talent, lead recruitment strategies, support organizational needs, and coordinate international mobility processes.

Work Experience

- Bachelor’s degree inHuman Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field

.
- 8+ years of professional experience

in Human Resources and/or Talent Acquisition.
- 5+ years of experience

in Talent Acquisition or a related leadership position.
- Experience managing recruitment processes fortechnical, operational, administrative, and management positions

.
- Experience inmultinational companies, manufacturing, engineering, or industrial environments

is preferred.
- Experience withGlobal Mobility and international assignments

.
- Strong stakeholder management and business partnering skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.




- Strategic, proactive, and results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced international environment.
- Advanced English proficiency.
- Experience withHR systems, recruitment platforms, and sourcing tools

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and oversee end-to-endTalent Acquisition processes

for blue-collar and white-collar positions.
- Partner withhiring managers, business leaders, and HR teams

to understand workforce needs and define recruitment strategies.
- Develop and implement effectivetalent attraction and sourcing strategies

.
- Lead initiatives related toemployer branding and candidate experience

.
- Monitor recruitment KPIs, identify trends, and implement continuous improvement actions.
- Supportworkforce planning

and talent strategy initiatives.
- Coordinate onboarding activities in collaboration with HR and business areas.
- Lead and coordinateGlobal Mobility processes

, including international assignments and employee relocations.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and applicable regulations related to recruitment and mobility.
- Provide guidance and support to leaders throughout the recruitment and hiring process.
- Analyze labor market trends and identify new talent attraction opportunities.
- Prepare reports and provide clear updates to management.
- Promote a positive employee and candidate experience throughout the talent lifecycle.
