Job Summary Our Therapy Center is seeking a detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist/Recruiter for an immediate-hire, remote position. This role focuses on candidate sourcing, outbound phone outreach, and pipeline management for therapeutic and healthcare professionals, offering a adaptable 20 to 30-hour work week and stable long-term career growth.

Core Responsibilities

- Clinical Talent Sourcing: Search for and identify potential candidates, therapists, and clinical personnel across LinkedIn, Indeed, and medical industry channels.
- Outreach & Communication: Initiate outbound calls, emails, and messages to potential candidates, managing ongoing follow-up touchpoints and relationship building.




- Data & Process Management: Maintain updated candidate records, support team administrative tasks, and apply AI tools to improve sourcing speed and output.

Requirements (Must-Haves)

- Experience: Minimum 2+ years of recent experience in healthcare recruitment and candidate sourcing (experience recruiting therapists and clinical personnel highly preferred).
- Language: Advanced English verbal and written communication skills, with strong phone etiquette for direct clinical candidate calls.
- Communication Skills: Strong collaborative ability, receptive to feedback, and highly comfortable conducting phone conversations in English.
- Core Abilities: High organization, strong follow-up habits, resourceful problem-solving, and adaptability to AI tools and online job platforms.
- Location: Must currently reside in Latin America.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: $140.00 per hour
