We are seeking a hands-on and delivery-focused Tech Lead to oversee the technical build, integration mapping, program documentation, and end-to-end testing lifecycles for major digital/IT transformation programs. In this role, you will bridge the gap between high-level program strategy and deep technical execution: guiding development, resolving complex mapping bottlenecks, managing quality assurance, and driving the project smoothly through cutover and hypercare.

Key Responsibilities

Build & Program Technical Oversight

- Oversee technical build activities across the program lifecycle, ensuring alignment with architectural standards and business objectives.
- Monitor progress against program milestones, identifying technical roadblocks early and implementing corrective actions.

Program Documentation & Architecture

- Own the creation, maintenance, and governance of comprehensive program technical documentation.
- Produce detailed technical specifications, integration blueprints, data mapping documents, deployment playbooks, and operational runbooks for seamless knowledge transfer.

Detailed Design & Problem Solving

- Dive deep into technical specifications, data flows, and system integration mapping to troubleshoot and resolve complex build issues.
- Collaborate with developers, architects, and business analysts to refine interface mapping and ensure seamless data exchange across systems.

Quality Assurance

- Work closely with the QA team in designing, executing, and validating SIT and end-to-end (E2E) test scenarios.
- Ensure rigorous test coverage across system integrations, data migrations, and core functionalities before release.

UAT Enablement & Support

- Act as the primary technical point of contact for User Acceptance Testing (UAT) testers.
- Triage, investigate,



and resolve defects raised during UAT to keep the deployment schedule on track.

Cutover Planning & Execution

- Design and own the comprehensive technical cutover plan, defining step-by-step migration sequences, rollback strategies, and go-live checklists.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth transition from legacy systems to the new solution.

Hypercare & Issue Triage

- Lead the technical triage team during the post-go-live hypercare phase.
- Rapidly diagnose, prioritize, and resolve critical incidents to stabilize operations and ensure minimal business disruption.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Process Improvement

- Partner effectively with product managers, developers, and regional stakeholders.
- Continuously refine the solution and boost operational efficiency.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: 5+ years of IT experience, with at least 1-2 years in a technical leadership or tech lead capacity on large-scale enterprise implementations (e.g. OMS, ERP, CRM, or complex cloud platforms).
- Technical & Documentation Skills: Strong background in system integration and data mapping (APIs, ETL, middleware), with a proven track record of authoring precise technical documentation.
- Testing & Release Management: Proven experience managing QA teams, orchestrating E2E testing, supporting UAT, and executing cutover plans.
- Competencies: Exceptional multitasking, organizational skills, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving abilities, strong stakeholder management, and the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed integral environment.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills to bridge technical and business stakeholders across regions.
- Languages: Professional proficiency in Spanish and English.
