Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead with strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and enterprise application integration . The candidate will provide technical leadership to the development team, contribute to solution implementation, and ensure delivery of scalable, secure, and maintainable applications.

The role requires strong hands-on development experience along with the ability to guide developers, conduct code reviews, support technical estimation, and collaborate with Architects, Product Owners, QA, DevOps, and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Leadership

- Lead technical delivery for assigned development workstreams.
- Provide technical guidance and mentoring to developers.
- Conduct code and technical design reviews.
- Drive technical implementation decisions within the agreed architecture.
- Support estimation, sprint planning, and technical task breakdown.

Development & Architecture
- Design and develop scalable applications using Java 17+/21 and Spring Boot .
- Develop Microservices and REST APIs.
- Apply DDD, Hexagonal Architecture, Event-Driven Architecture, and API-First Design principles.
- Develop and integrate services using Kafka .
- Work with MongoDB and other SQL/NoSQL databases.
- Ensure application performance, security, scalability, and maintainability.

Integration & Delivery
- Develop and support integrations with enterprise systems including SAP, OMS, Marketplace, and third-party applications .
- Support data migration, testing, cutover, and go-live activities.
- Work with GCP, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines .




- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical and production issues.
- Ensure adherence to coding standards and engineering best practices.

Collaboration
- Work closely with Architects, Product Owners, Project Managers, QA, DevOps, and business teams.
- Participate actively in Agile/Scrum ceremonies.
- Participate in technical workshops and client discussions in CDMX .

Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software development.
- Strong hands-on experience with Java and Spring Boot .
- Experience with enterprise-scale Microservices applications.
- Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluency in Spanish and English is mandatory.
