We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and results-driven Project Manager to plan, coordinate, and oversee projects from initiation through completion. The idóneo candidate will have strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and according to quality standards.
Responsibilities Plan, organize, and manage projects from initiation through completion .
Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and milestones.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and task trackers.
Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure responsibilities and deadlines are clearly defined.
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions when necessary.
Track project budgets, resources, timelines, and deliverables.
Facilitate project meetings, status updates, and stakeholder communications.
Maintain clear and accurate project documentation, reports, and records.
Communicate project status, risks, issues, and dependencies to stakeholders and leadership.
Identify and resolve project challenges, blockers, and operational issues.
Manage changes to project scope, timelines, and requirements.
Coordinate with clients, vendors, internal teams, and other stakeholders as required.
Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and business requirements .
Track key project performance indicators and provide regular progress reports.
Support process improvements and identify opportunities to increase project efficiency.
Ensure projects are completed within agreed timelines, scope, and budget.
Conduct project reviews and document lessons learned to improve future initiatives.

Requirements Previous experience as a Project Manager, Project Coordinator, Program Manager, or similar role .
Proven experience managing projects from planning through completion.
Experience developing project plans, timelines, budgets, and status reports.
Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
Experience managing project risks, issues, dependencies, and changes.
Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or other project management methodologies.
Experience using project management and collaboration tools.
Strong ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work independently while leading and collaborating with diverse teams.
Reliable internet connection and a suitable setup for remote work.
