Job Requirements

Education: Student of the Bachelor's degree in accounting or administration.

Knowledge: Basic tax knowledge. Use of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.).

Experience: Not necessary.

Required language: Spanish, basic English.

Availability to travel: No

- Identification of payments in bank account statements. (Clients in MXN and USD).
- Obtaining support documents and integrating collections (request, filing, capture).
- Accounting application record in Unit4, of all payments received.
- According to tax requirements, stamping of the CFDI for payment complements corresponding to all collections received.
- Uploading CFDI for payment complements to customer portals and/or sending by email.
- Update of the account receivable report.
- Manage the sending of documentation (supports, payments, invoices, etc.) to external auditors according to requirements.
