Job Requirements

Education

- University student pursuing a degree in Accounting or a related field.

Knowledge
- Basic knowledge of tax matters, including Income Tax and Value Added Tax (VAT).
- Basic accounting knowledge.

Experience

- No previous work experience required.

Required Language
- Spanish.

Travel Availability
- No travel required.

- Prepare documentation and compliance reports related to the DIOT (Statement of Operations with Third Parties).
- Review and clarify discrepancies related to payments and collections with Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) teams.
- Provide support with document uploads to U4.
- Review invoices through the Basware system.
- Follow up on cancelled invoices from vendors.
- Prepare and analyze electronic invoice reports.
