Location: Remote — work from anywhere!
Hours: 9am to 5pm US hours (timezone may vary from EST to PT)
The Role
You'll be the dedicated remote front-desk for one U.S. veterinary clinic — their care coordinator, their client's first voice, part of their team every day. This is real veterinary work, done from home.
What You'll Be Doing
Client Communication: Answer and initiate calls, texts, chats, and emails from pet parents with empathy and clarity.
Appointment Scheduling: Book, reschedule, and confirm visits.
Care Navigation: Help pet parents understand what comes next — triage inquiries, explain services, coordinate follow-ups.
Care Navigation: Help pet parents understand what comes next — triage inquiries, explain services, coordinate follow-ups.
Estimates & Treatment Plans: Build estimates in partnership with the veterinary team.
Records: Keep medical records, notes, and workflows tight and up to date.
Why Mascotte
Mascotte is a fast-growing, tech-enabled company transforming how U.S. veterinary practices operate behind the scenes. We're not a staffing agency — our team members are dedicated, long-term extensions of the clinics they support. Everyone here has lived the vet clinic hustle.
Requirements
Who We're Looking For
Veterinary experience: At least 1 year in a veterinary clinic or hospital — front desk, reception, practice administration, or client care,
with clinic names and employment dates shown in your CV work history.
Scheduling experience: You've handled appointment booking, rescheduling, and confirmations in a veterinary clinic or hospital.
Spoken English: You'll be on live calls with American pet owners all day. Fluent, professional English is essential — and we assess it based on evidence, not self-rating, including prior phone-based roles serving English-speaking clients and fluent, well-written free-text application answers.
Tech-comfortable: Hands-on with veterinary practice management software — you can name the systems you've used and describe your day-to-day work in them. Experience with VoIP tools is a plus.
Team-oriented: Experience coordinating with veterinarians and clinic teams to keep communication and follow-up moving.
Remote-ready: You can describe a specific remote-work setup: fibre or fixed internet of at least 25 Mbps, backup power for outages (UPS or generator), and a quiet dedicated space for taking calls.
